These terms cover your use of roamflows.com (the “site”), operated by SingleTrip LLC(“roamflows”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

The site describes a product that is still in development. Features, timing and pricing may change. Requesting a demo or joining the waitlist doesn't create an obligation for you or for us, and doesn't guarantee access to the product. Use of the product itself will be covered by a separate agreement.

Sample content

The sample itinerary and other examples on the site are illustrative. The names, bookings and confirmation numbers in them are fictional. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners, and mentioning them doesn't imply any partnership or endorsement.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• submit false information or someone else's details without their permission;
• use automated tools to submit forms, scrape the site or overload it;
• try to break, probe or bypass the site's security;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Our content

The site, including its text, design, logo and code, belongs to roamflows or its licensors. You may view and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, roamflows won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown at the top of this page.
