Privacy Policy

roamflows is operated by SingleTrip LLC (“roamflows”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect on roamflows.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@roamflows.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Demo requests: your name, work email, company, and roughly how many trips you plan per year.
- Waitlist: your email address.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. Our hosting provider keeps these for about 30 days. We use them to keep the site secure and to limit abuse of our forms.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what kind of device they use, and whether a form was submitted. It sets cookies (named _ga) that give your browser a random ID. Google Analytics doesn't load, and no analytics cookies are set, unless you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Declining removes the analytics cookies. We don't use advertising cookies or ad networks, and the site works the same whether you accept or decline.
How we use it
- To reply to your demo request and arrange a demo.
- To tell waitlist members when roamflows is available to them.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To meet our legal obligations.
If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are your consent (the waitlist), our legitimate interests (replying to your request and keeping the site secure), and legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Google Cloud hosts this website, its database and its server logs.
- Google Workspace provides our email.
- Resend delivers the emails our website sends.
- Google Analytics measures site usage, only if you accept analytics cookies.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
Where it's stored and for how long
Your information is stored in the United States. We keep demo requests and waitlist entries until you ask us to delete them, or for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Server logs are kept for about 30 days. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to stop contacting you, or to remove you from the waitlist. Email hello@roamflows.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights. In the EEA and UK these include the right to object to or restrict our use of your information, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your data protection authority. In California they include the right to know, correct and delete your personal information, and not to be treated differently for using these rights.
Security
We encrypt information in transit and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. For significant changes, we'll email the people affected.
